Dr Warden & Partners will be collaborating with Vita Healthcare from September. Vita Healthcare currently provide NHS General Practice services for patients in Eastbourne, Polegate and Seaford.

We are delighted that all the original GP’s, Nurse’s, HCA’s, Phlebotomists, Dispensary team and administration teams will be staying to continue their journey with us and we will be working with them offering managerial and structural support.

Vita Healthcare is an organisation led by local GPs and GP practice teams. We aim to work together to ensure that local General Practice continues to provide care in a safe, resilient and sustainable for you, our patients.
