Following a recent inspection at Dr D J Warden & Partners, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) has identified some areas that are deemed inadequate or requiring improvement.
CQC inspections help us to identify areas of improvement in the practice to ensure we can continue to provide a high quality service to our patients.
Our top priority is patient safety, the focus for the next six months will be transforming our practice to ensure the areas highlighted in the report are up to the required standard.
We welcome the findings in the report and have already taken steps to make improvements while working with NHS Sussex and specialist teams to address the issues highlighted.
We are pleased to have been rated ‘good’ in the area’s of Caring and Responsive.
We understand that the CQC report may cause concern and would like to reassure patients that we are taking all steps needed to ensure we are safe, effective and well-led.
