Due to the increasing number of call to the Practice our phone lines are currently struggling to manage the calls and we are aware they may beep and or disconnect when you call.
Please be assured the phone lines are working and we ask that you either try the line again, email your prescription request, book an appointment online via the NHS App or use our online consultation system Engage Consult which is available on our website to contact the Practice.
We are currently talking with our Telephone Communication company on ways to improve this and ask for your understanding while we work to resolve this.
